OUR PRINT METHODS

- METHOD 1 -

SCREEN PRINTING

Palm Beach Uniforms has been doing custom screen printing for over 25 years. Ink is pressed through a stenciled mesh screen onto the garment creating bold prints that last the life of the garment.

The result is an opaque, vibrant print with a slightly raised ink texture that's the signature feel of classic team uniforms and event tees.

We do traditional spot color printing as well as simulated spot and four color process printing.  We can help transform your logo onto product like nobody else can. We have artists on hand to help assist you in designing a new image or logo.

GARMENT PRINTING

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing uses specialized inkjet technology to print directly onto fabric, similar to how a desktop printer works on paper, but with textile-grade inks designed to bond with the fabric fibers.

Any graphic can easily be printed with soft water based ink that sinks into the fabric unlike traditional screen printing which sits on top of the fabric.

Our garment printing process offers full color combinations, photographic quality reproductions, and the versatility to print small quantities with multicolor designs at affordable prices. Garment printing is fully washable and can be ironed with a consistent quality.

- METHOD 3 -

DIRECT TO FILM

Direct to Film (DTF) printing works by printing your design onto a special PET film, which is then heat pressed directly onto the garment. Unlike garment printing, DTF doesn't require any pretreatment of the fabric and bonds to virtually any material: cotton, polyester, nylon, leather, and blends alike.

The result is a vibrant, full-color print with a smooth, slightly raised finish that holds up wash after wash. DTF handles detailed artwork and multi-color designs with ease, making it one of the most versatile print methods available today.

Because DTF works on virtually any fabric type and doesn't require pretreatment, it's one of the fastest and most flexible methods we offer, ideal for orders where speed, quality, and fabric variety all matter.

- METHOD 4 -

DYE SUBLIMATION

Dye sublimation uses heat and pressure to convert sublimation dye into a gas that permeates the fabric fibers, bonding it permanently to the garment, unlike screen printing where the ink sits on top of the garment.

The result is a print that will not crack, peel, or fade, because it's not sitting on top of the fabric, it's part of it. Colors are vivid, photographic-quality, and maintain their brilliance wash after wash.

It is a soft shirt printing technique that allows all-over-printing of full color images with superior softness. It works best with 100% polyester or polyester coated items though you can use poly blends.

- METHOD 5 -

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric using needle and thread, creating a textured, three-dimensional finish that never fades, cracks, or peels, it becomes part of the garment itself.

Digitizing is the first step in the embroidery process, your artwork is converted into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to recreate your design in thread.

Color matching, stitch density, and thread type are all carefully selected to ensure your logo looks as sharp in thread as it does on screen. We use the newest embroidery technology, which is key to having a well sewn design.
